3-11-09 The Georgia Air Force has accepted and taken delivery of Bell UH-1H Huey Plus Helicopters. These ships have been fully refurbished with all components and upgraded -703 1800 SHP engine to zero time and includes new MR and TR blades. Performance options include the BLR Strake and Fast Fin Kit along with the advanced AFS Engine Filter System. It is also equipped with an all upgraded NVG Cockpit and new avionics. These are lightweight, high performance, inexpensive aircraft that are basically near new helicopters.  Northwest Helicopters was very excited to deliver the first two Huey upgrades to the Air Force of Georgia.
