Brian Reynolds - President, CEO |
Brian Reynolds has 24 years of experience in the Helicopter Industry.
He has been the President of Northwest Helicopters Inc. since 1985 and
has been involved in Aviation his entire adult life. A graduate of the
University of Northern Colorado, Brian has nearly every Pilot rating
issued by the FAA, including Commercial Pilot, Flight Instructor, and
high performance and Experimental Type Ratings. He has over 9000 hours
of accident-free flight time and still flies 300 hours a year. He has
taken a company where he was the only employee and turned it into the
largest Helicopter company in the State of Washington. He has expanded
the scope of the business beyond flights to include both aircraft sales
and remanufacturing specializing in the Bell UH-1H. He manages the
day-to-day operations of Northwest Helicopters Inc. and is continuously
looking for growth opportunities Worldwide.

Brian Mansfield - Chief Financial Officer |
Brian Mansfield is a graduate of Central Washington University
where he obtained his B.A. in Accounting with a minor in
mathematics. Brian has 28 years of experience in financial
accounting, instructing, and tax preparation. His background
includes CPA firms, manufacturing, distribution and state
government. He is responsible for the accounting and legal issues
of the business operations for the companies under the control of Aero
Management, Inc. Brian has transformed our financial reporting
from a cash basis system to one using GAAP. He also tracks
insurance costs, manages our banking activity and cash flow, negotiates
with our customers and works in coordination with the CEO on other
assignments as needed.

Jeffrey Winner - Director of Maintenance |
Jeffrey Winner has 16 years of experience in performing aviation
maintenance, 9 of which were at a Bell Helicopter Customer Service
Facility where he also managed an aircraft spares inventory.
Additionally, he has extensive aircraft maintenance training, including
Rolls-Royce/Allison engine and Bell Helicopter factory training.
Jeff has his Federal Aviation Administration Airframe and Powerplant
mechanics license and Federal Aviation Administration Inspection
Authorization. In addition to developing, implementing and
managing the inventory control program for Northwest Helicopters, he
has performed all aspects of ground support, including scheduled and
unscheduled aircraft inspection and maintenance, aircraft component
overhaul, logging support, fertilizing, spraying, commercial hazardous
materials vehicle and equipment operation, fire fighting support and
aerial construction. Jeff has also been in charge of the UH-1H
remanufacturing program that has seen the delivery of over 30 ships in
the last 2 years world wide.

Doug Uttecht, Chief Pilot/General Manager, Flight Operations |
Doug has recently joined our team here at Northwest Helicopters. He has
been flying helicopters in the Northwest for more than 25 years and has
a vast amount of experience in all the types of work that is done in
this area. Doug is not only qualified as a Commercial Helicopter Pilot
but he also posses an Airframe Mechanics Rating and is a certified Air
Traffic Controller. He manages the day to day operations of our Flight
department including the pilots, drivers, drug and alcohol program, FAR
133, 135, and 137 certificates, contracting and marketing, and still
flies as an active pilot. He has experience in the MD 500, Bell 206,
205, and UH-1H, and the Hiller 12E with more than 10,000 flight hours.
