11-15-09: Flight Service from Chile has taken delivery of two more Bell UH-1H’s for fire fighting duties in South America to bring their current fleet up to eight UH-1H’s. These are the first two UH-1H’s equipped with the BLR strake and fast fin that are operating in Chile. Both helicopters were overhauled, refurbished, flight tested, and prepared for shipment here in Olympia. Flight Service prefers Northwest Helicopters because they are a Bell Approved customer service facility and they recognize the higher level of safety and training that goes along with it. 9-11-09: MD 530FF N530MG completed and being shown here prepared for shipping to an overseas security contractor. This helicopter was completely assembled and painted and ready for service in less than 4 weeks.
